Abstract

The present study examined whether sleep quality impacted the use of coping skills. Results showed that various coping styles including humor, religion, denial, venting, substance abuse, behavioral disengagement, and self-blame were significantly affected by sleep quality. These findings could have implications for mental health outcomes.
