Abstract

Policy capturing is a technique that examines how people weigh information when making judgments. An important question, however, is whether policy-capturing judgments are stable over time. Our meta-analysis of 127 primary studies (n=13,913) revealed a test-retest reliability of 0.79 and assessed the impact of several putative antecedents of test-retest reliability.
