Abstract

US employees (N=347 T1, N=296 T2) across industries participated in the current study. Results indicate that citizenship pressure at work (time 1) predicts work interfering with family conflict (time 2), through the mechanism of job stress. Future research may shed light on moderating factors that can alleviate this stressor-strain experience.
