Abstract

This study investigated differences in parent-child relationships between treatment foster care providers and biological parents. In sum, 116 participants completed the Behavior Assessment Scale for Children-3 Parenting Relationship Questionnaire. Results suggested that treatment foster parents rated their relationship significantly lower than biological parents. Implications of these findings will be discussed.
