Abstract

Clinical observations suggest that HE individuals have diminished psychosocial skills and insight. Social perception and cognition were evaluated in four adults with childhood right hemispherectomy (HE) using the Thames Awareness of Social Inference Test (TASIT). HE patients scored significantly below test norms on all three parts of the TASIT.
