Study or Party? Gender-Based Attributions of Greek Affiliation, Academic Success, and Social Success

Abstract
Participants rated the likelihood of Greek affiliation, academic and social success of two students: one studied and the other partied the night before an important exam. Results supported a “females study/males party” Greek stereotype. Male target attributions were affected more by their behavior than female target attributions.
