Abstract

The present study aimed to examine the moderating role of leadership styles on the relationship between burnout and emotional intelligence among coaches. A total of 244 NCAA coaches participated in the study. Results supported the proposed model, indicating a negative association between emotional intelligence and burnout, moderated by leadership styles.
