The Moderating Role of Leadership Styles on the Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Burnout in College Coaches

Abstract
The present study aimed to examine the moderating role of leadership styles on the relationship between burnout and emotional intelligence among coaches. A total of 244 NCAA coaches participated in the study. Results supported the proposed model, indicating a negative association between emotional intelligence and burnout, moderated by leadership styles.
