Abstract
Past research focused on how self-transcendence/self-enhancement (i.e. self/collective interests) affects pro-environment intentions (BI), but little on openness to change (i.e. readiness for new experiences; OC). Results showed that OC interacted with attitudes on two pro-environment activities to promote BI (i.e. engagement willingness), notably those with negative attitudes towards those acts.
