Abstract
This study examined the moderating effect of personal and contextual resources in the relationship between two destructive leadership styles (i.e., tyrannical and laissez-faire) and employees’ well-being. The results suggest that the resources (both personal and contextual) are particularly beneficial in buffering the effects of tyrannical leadership.
