Abstract

We examined the possible moderating effect of sexual orientation on the relationship between childhood trauma and self-efficacy. As a moderator, sexual orientation approached statistical significance. Follow-up analyses showed that the relationship between childhood trauma and self-efficacy is strongest among participants who identify as bisexual or heterosexual.
