Abstract

Findings highlight the association between physical activity (PA) and working memory (WM). Children obtained higher WM scores (M = 26.17, SD = 4.40) after participating in PA compared to before (M = 24.58, SD = 5.57), showing a significant improvement in their WM, t(83) = -3.24, p = .002.
