Abstract

Childhood maltreatment (CM) has devastating consequences to victims that can last into adulthood. One of these implications can be neurocognitive impairment. This study examined working memory and processing speed in adult survivors of CM. Results suggest CM can contribute to deficits in these domains later in life.
