Abstract
The current study sought to explore whether the striking phenomenon of short-term source amnesia found by Chen et al. (2018) persists in auditory domain. The results revealed such a source amnesia in visual, but not in auditory modality, indicating the difference on source memory for visual and auditory stimuli.
