Meaningfulness of Work Increases Marital Satisfaction in Dual Earner Couples and Meaningfulness of Family Acts As a Moderator

Abstract
Individuals who reported higher levels of meaningfulness of work (MOW) also reported higher levels of marital satisfaction, and predicted higher levels of their spouse’s marital satisfaction. Additionally, high levels of meaningfulness of family (MOF) moderated this relationship for themselves and their spouse.
