Perceptions of Victims of Identity Theft: Analysis of Experimenter Gender As a Primer for Forming Opinions

Abstract
Participants (N = 59) rated their perceptions of a female identity theft victim that varied by race, occupation, and system threat. Experimenter gender was also explored. A significant four way interaction showed that a male experimenter impacted perceptions of the severity of the incident under certain conditions.
