Exploring Dual Career of Athletes in Japan

Recently, athletes from high performing sports’ countries lead meaningful lives both while and after they are athletes. However, in Japan, there has not been an advancement in meaningful support for athletes. This research explored to understand why the concept of dual career of athletes is not recognized in Japan.
