Abstract

This study utilized an active videogame (i.e., exergame) to examine associations between exercise and two executive functioning (EF) skills in 30 college students. Preliminary results suggest that students had significantly higher inhibition skills after 20 minutes of moderate physical activity, but also exhibited significantly high risk-taking behaviors.
