Abstract

This study examines the relationships between information elaboration, creativity, and team performance. Based on a sample of 78 teams of undergraduate students (370 participants) participating in a project management simulation, results of a cross-lagged analysis support the mediating role of creativity in the relationship between information elaboration and team performance.
