Abstract

The present research consists of two studies, which explored the longitudinal relationship between adult attachment and mindfulness and assessed the bi-directionality of this association by comparing the effects of attachment security priming and mindfulness induction methods. The results suggest that this relationship may not be bi-directional as previously suggested.
