Listening Older Adults´ Stories: Subjective Factors Related to Longevity and Wellbeing in Nicoya (Blue Zone) Costa Rica

We conducted interviews with centenarians and senior members of a longevity hotspot and identified five main themes related to resiliency factors: nature engagement, spiritual connection, positive intrinsic drive, daily kinetic activity, and strong social connection.
