Perceived HR Practices and Affective Commitment: A Serial-Multiple Mediation Effect of Psychological Capital and Job Crafting

Abstract

The study investigated the mechanism between perceived HR practices and affective commitment, a model that proposed psychological capital and job crafting as mediators. We found that there was significant effect between perceived HR practices and affective commitment; also, there was a serial mediation effect of psychological capital and job crafting.
