Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to test how the intersection of age (young vs. old adult) and gender (woman vs. man) affected evaluations of individuals in an ambiguous vignette. Overall, women participants (N=358) rated the younger woman less positively than the younger man, older woman, and older man.
