Should I Go Greek? Group Identification and Its Relationship with College Satisfaction

The current research attempted to address the question regarding group satisfaction and motivators behind students participating in Greek life organizations. Our findings support that members of Greek life upholding the core values of the group report “feeling like a better person” due to their value congruency to the group.
