Improving Student Self-Efficacy in STEM through Virtual Reality

Abstract
We present experimental results demonstrating that virtual reality may be effective in increasing self-efficacy for STEM occupations, especially for women. We also outline our experimental methodology, implications for STEM education and career intentions, as well as future research we plan to pursue based on these results.
