Abstract

When a vibration of an object causes the second object to vibrate, the second object is considered as ‘resonating’ with the first. Twenty-seven healthy adults listened to music pieces with or without resonance among multiple keys. Results indicated that music with resonance resulted in higher hemispheric coherency in EEG.
