Abstract

This study examines the relationship between abusive supervision and safety outcomes at work. PROCESS macro (Model 6) was used to analyze data collected from 576 Canadian employees. Abusive supervision was found to be positively associated with number of incidents. Safety climate, compliance, and initiatives mediated this link.
