Abstract

This study describes ARGAS as an alternative to the general linear model for hypothesis testing in psychological data. We demonstrate how the ARGAS can test hypotheses with commonly used analyses (i.e., canonical analyses, multivariate and univariate group comparisons, multiple predictions, bivariate predictions) and that it does not have distributional assumptions.
