Abstract

By categorizing items in a primary care nationwide patient survey in three theorized sub-constructs of person-centered care, we found that 57% to 71% of patients’ health care satisfaction was predicted by health care personnel’s ability to identify the patient’s resources and needs, form a partnership, and co-create coherent documentation.
