Abstract

This study examined the impact of peer assessments of emotional intelligence (EI) on self-assessments of EI in future Army leaders. Participants who received the peer assessment tended to change their self-assessment less from Time 1 to Time 2, however, these participants tended to change their self-assessment consistently with peer feedback.
