Does Empathy Mediate the Relationship between the Dark Triad Traits and Altruism?

This study examines whether dispositional empathy mediates the relationship between the Dark Triad (DT) traits and altruism. We found that the DT traits were negatively correlated with the amount of money given in a hypothetical dictator game, but empathy did not mediate these relationships.
