Abstract

Current research examines physiological and psychological benefits of meditation as a potential treatment for individuals with POTS; a dysautonomia disorder that impacts overall functioning. Preliminary results revealed strong effect sizes, indicating the potential effectiveness of meditation for POTS. Further research is needed to determine the extent of this effectiveness.
