The Impact of Community Service in the Classroom Setting

Abstract

The purpose of the present investigation was to explore the psychological benefits of community service engagement. Although no differences emerged at the beginning of the semester, students who engaged in community service during the semester had higher flourishing scores than uninvolved students at the end of the semester.
