Abstract
Extant work mathematically classified Bipolar I Disorder patients using longitudinal clinical data (Cochran et al., 2016). We examined whether neuropsychological test performance corroborated subsyndromal classifications. Results included insignificant cognitive differences between subtypes with the exception of depressive protective factors. These factors represent area for future research.
