Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine if having a background in leadership minimizes any self-serving biases through observing justification of assignment decision and perception of self-morality. Results showed no significant difference in self-reported justification of assignment decision scores; however, leadership students showed significantly higher perceptions of self-morality.
