Abstract
The current study tested and expanded on Malinowski and Lim’s (2015) model of mindfulness, affect, personal resources, and well-being by adding negative affect. Employees in the United States completed measures of mindfulness, resilience, affect, and stress. Negative affect best predicted stress. Practical and theoretical implications are discussed.
