Leadership Commitment to Work-Family Issues: Implications for Alternative Work Schedule Participation in the Federal Government

Abstract
This study examined whether leadership support for work-family issues predicted participation in workplace flexibility programs such as alternative work schedules in a census survey of over 500,000 Federal employees. Results showed that leadership support for work-family issues was positively related to alternative work schedule participation.
