Abstract

This study examined the relations among socioconomic status (SES), ethnic-racial identity (ERI), and academic adjustment for adolescents in Medellín, Colombia. SES was negatively associated with academic engagement and school belonging and ERI was positively associated with these outcomes. However, ERI did not moderate the relation between SES and academic outcomes.
