Abstract

This study examines the effect of an 8-week mindfulness training on teachers’ perceived stress, mindfulness, and teacher self-efficacy. Results suggested that the mindfulness training might have some positive effects on teachers’ perceived stress and mindfulness. More specifically, teachers’ perceived stress significantly reduced and their mindfulness significantly increased after the training.
