Abstract

In two MTurk samples, the Exercise Procrastination Scale was found to have excellent internal consistency (α’s > .94). Exercise procrastination was positively correlated with general procrastination (r’s = .53 and .60), and predicted lower physical activity after controlling for intentions (B’s = -27.67 and -33.21, p’s < .05).
