Abstract
Engagement at work is a well-researched topic in organizational psychology and has been applied by various organizations for improving performance and positive outcomes (Bakker et al., 2008, Schaufeli, Bakker, & Salanova, 2006). However, construct validity of the UWES-9 in the USA remain to be explored.
