Sex Differences in Susceptibility to Nausea and Motion Sickness: Subjective and Physiological Indicators Tell Different Stories

Abstract
Women have been reported to be more susceptible than men to nausea experienced in a variety of contexts, but those reports are largely based on subjective self-reports of symptoms. In this study, women were found to report slightly more severe nausea, but men exhibited significantly more physiological signs of nausea.
