Abstract

Medical residents’ (N = 118) tendency to forgive reduced the detrimental relationship between work-related and person-related bullying in regards to depressive symptoms, mathematical performance, and cardiovascular reactivity. Findings suggest forgiveness interventions may improve health and work performance in physicians.
