Linking Self-Control and Intuitive Eating Behaviors through School Burnout in American Undergraduates.

Abstract
The current research elucidates school burnout in emerging adults as an important link when examining self-control and poor eating habits. Meditation analyses from three waves of survey data show diminished self-control to only be associated with poorer intuitive eating behaviors in the context of increased burnout.
