This Study examined the relationship between Equity and Emotional Intelligence (EI) in the workplace.323 participants were conveniently sampled, they completed a questionnaire. Larger number of female participated (26% male, 74%female),the ages from 18 to 81 years mode being 25. key findings showed a small correlation between Equity and EI
