Psychometric Evaluation of a New Internalization of Learning Motivation (ILM) Scale

Abstract
This study examines the psychometric properties of a new Internalization of Learning Motivation (ILM) scale. ILM contains 134 items under four constructs: lack of, partial, identified, and integrated internalization. College students (N=393) participated in validating the scale. The creation of this scale can help educators understand how students internalize learning.
