Abstract

How might open-mindedness influence protest? Participants were randomly assigned to either a system rejection or a control condition. Participants completed measures of open-mindedness, willingness to participate in protest, anger towards the government, and demographics. Results suggest open-mindedness may have an additive effect with anger and political affiliations to facilitate protest.
