Mindfulness As a Mediator to Influence Social Support in Students with Social Anxiety

Abstract

Mindfulness is observed as a potential mediator between social anxiety and perceived social support. Our findings suggest that the use of mindfulness is beneficial to increasing the perception of social support in students with social anxiety. Clinical implications are discussed.
