Learned Helplessness As a Predictor of Depression Among Drexel University Undergraduates

Abstract
Academic stress can lead students to experience learned helplessness, which has been found to be significantly correlated with depression. We examined the relationship between coping competency, parental emotional support, and depression. The data shows that coping competency and parental emotional support are significant predictors of depression.
Depression
