Abstract

We conducted in-depth, semi-structured interviews in a phenomenological qualitative research study with pharmacy students (n=14). Three themes from appraising the SALINE training program with healthcare workers emerged: (1) being a support person, (2) using so-called “faith flags,” and influencing coworkers compared to patients.
