Is the Illusion of Knowing Present in Students with an Instructor-Centered Educational Past?

The present study asks whether repeated self-assessment can shape performance and self-assessment accuracy in students with an instructor-centered educational past. Students estimated their performance multiple times. At the end of the semester, these students exhibited higher class and final test grades than control students who did not estimate their performance.
